Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Shipping costs for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
