Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We reserve the right to adjust processing times without notice.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our sole discretion.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location, package size, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services
  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Industrial action
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for shipping delays outside our direct control.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Please carefully review your address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We may be unable to modify the order once it has been processed.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Refunds will not be provided for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.


Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not update immediately.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making arrangements for parcel collection where required.


Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will assist by lodging an investigation with the carrier.

A parcel will not be considered lost until the carrier formally confirms it as lost.

We are not obligated to issue replacements or refunds while an investigation is ongoing.

If a carrier confirms a parcel has been lost, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item; or
  • Issue a refund where required by law.

Delivered Parcels

Once tracking records confirm successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Theft after delivery
  • Damage occurring after delivery
  • Delivery to a location deemed secure by the carrier
  • Incorrect delivery instructions supplied by the customer

Customers are encouraged to provide a secure delivery location.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Taxes
  • Import fees
  • Brokerage fees
  • Any additional government charges

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices unless expressly stated.

Refusal to pay customs fees does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs.


Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because:

  • The address was incorrect;
  • Delivery was refused;
  • The parcel was unclaimed;
  • Customs fees were not paid;

we may deduct all shipping, handling, return shipping, and administrative costs from any applicable refund.


Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government actions, pandemics, cyber incidents, labour shortages, or supply chain interruptions.
